2010年10月17日，中国首支台球美女歌手组合——时光天使组合进行首次台球技巧培训。台球教练就台球实战技巧等向几位组合成员进行了系统性的介绍。虽然几位组合成员先前均已经常参与台球运动，但是这种培训还是使大家受益非浅。

组合中的高雅天使许小蕾表示，虽然自己打台球已有四五年了，但是先前自己打球时，完全凭借感觉来打球，所以总觉得差点儿火候。听了老师的讲解后，才更深刻的理解到了控制母球滚动线路的重要性。接下来，为了即将到来的台球演出，自己还要按照老师的讲解勤学苦练，争取让自己的台球技术更上一层楼！

而性感天使刘梦梦则表示，以前打球时只觉得女生打球会显得很酷很炫，但是总觉得女生天生就是打不好台球的。但是听了老师讲解后，觉得只要艰苦训练并持之以恒，女生可以像男生一样打出好球。

魅力天使裴启玉先前是知名的CBA篮球的啦啦宝贝，她则表示，篮球运动虽然和台球运动看起来差异很大，但是其实一样是具有激情的运动，只不过台球运动更强调静中制胜的感觉。当自己与对手较量很长时间看似难分伯仲之时，如果自己能最后把盘上的黑球打进洞中，感受就像篮球在最后读秒时刻投进一粒3分球反败为胜那样激动人心！

三位时光天使组合成员还在训练之余大摆POSE，留下了不少性感热辣的美图，令现场围观的球迷连连赞叹不已！

为了给在11月中进行的MTV主打歌的拍摄做准备，时光天使组合成员下午又接受了音乐老师栗子等的培训，在培训过程中，组合成员就即将发布的主打歌《球爱主义》的录音做准备。
